Harley-Davidson decided to recall the Topper, released back in the 1960s. The electric sub-brand of the motorcycle manufacturer LiveWire and Taiwanese Kymco have developed a concept for a future electric maxi-scooter.

Kymco is known in the motorcycle world for its RevoNex electric bike, which uses the Arrow electric drive developed by Thai engineers. This unit formed the basis of the LiveWire maxi-scooter concept, aimed primarily at the European market.

LiveWire plans to bring this model to market in the first half of 2026. The Arrow drive combines a liquid-cooled permanent magnet motor with a peak power of 63 kW (84 hp) and a battery with a capacity of 10.5 kWh. The power plant provides an autonomy of 100 km.

According to the developers, the large electric scooter will be popular with motorcyclists, who will choose the model as a second two-wheeled vehicle for commuting to work and weekend outings.
