OverviewThis 1938 Indian Four motorcycle is a classic example of Indian’s best model. This bike was purchased at the Mecum Las Vegas Motorcycle auction in 2019. This Indian Four is a fully and correctly restored motorcycle. It is an excellent restoration with detail to all things Indian. The bike is flawless except for a couple of road dings. There are no signs of welding on the cases or other damage. It does have a few thousand miles on her since the restoration.This is a correct matching number Indian. This Indian Four is VERY hard to find.
The bike was never started after purchase and has been residing in a climate-controlled garage. The bike was serviced in June of 2020 and fired right up on the first ignition kick. Check out the video!

Sheet MetalAppears to be all original Indian sheet metal. Sheet metal is well fit and in excellent condition. Gas tanks are clean and secure with no sign of compromise.
ChromeExcellent condition and carries a great shine.
MechanicalStrong engine. This engine fires right up and idles out smoothly. Oil pressure, at idle, is 22 pounds and rises to 50 pounds at RPM. Engine cases are clean and no sign of repair.
Wheels & TiresRims: Original Steel rims painted black with stainless spokes and nipples.
