:	“Amazing for its age. Bumps bruises and touch up on original paint, looks like out of a time capsule.If you were to use this pick-up in a movie or photo shoot, you wouldn't want to touch it. Great patina.Very little rust no broken glass, original wood bed. Cab corners, floors, all near perfect.The straight six is quiet, no smoke & good clutch and smooth shifting from 3 on the floor.History: Was bought new by a neighboring farmer He always garaged it. When he died 30 years ago his son inherited it. He passed away recently. He was an engineer and part time farmer. He converted it to 12 volt the old school way by using two 6 volt batteries hooked in series. That and the saddle-man seat covers are about the only things not original . I got the truck from his estate: I'm 80 and I still remember seeing this truck drive by in the late 50's.The truck is currently on our farm in Central Illinois.
