For auction, this 1955 Nomad is a very nice example of an older restoration on a solid nomad, it has had the usual rust repair done in the floors whoever did it used repair panels with correct stamping. It was in my opinion a good job though not a professional restoration shop but nevertheless it is structurally sound. The frame is excellent and most of the sheet metal was pretty good, it did have rust this was not a rust free car, the usual areas that nomads rust tho are actually very nice the roof gutters the tailgate quarters are really nice. The doors were repaired on the bottoms. Front fenders are good one bottom was repaired. With all of this said the car has no bubbling or blisters in any of the repaired areas. I'm wanting to get all of the usual concerns out of the way. The car has a ZZ4 aluminum headed small block, a T10 aluminum case 4spd and a Currie ford 9" rear. Car has disc brakes no power steering or brakes.

It rides and drives very nice it sounds good and shows excellent it's a very nice nomad, the chrome is excellent some of the stainless is worn, interior shows well it's a car that you could drive and enjoy as is or work on as you go. In my opinion you probably won't find a nicer one in the price range of this car.
