1969 AMX Go Pac, 390, 4 speed, 3.54 Sure Grip, PS, PDB,AC, Tilt, AM/FM, Clear title in my name.The engine has been rebuilt, clutch is new, Flywheel will need resurfacing again. Car has had rust repair lower quarters and fibreglass rust repair on the right hand inner fender. Front end has been rebuilt along with new shocks.Radiator has been rebuilt along with the AC condenser. There is a dent in the rh door.The car has some filler.The trunk floor is excellent. The floors are solid.
I have more pictures of the parts and the car. Engine compartment has been refinished. I have front bumper with brackets that is decent. The rear bumper needs a rechrome and straightened. I have brackets. The rear reflector and stainless that goes between tail lights is mint. The tail lightlenses and bezels are excellent used. I have quarter extensions. I have front fender extensions, cross brace for grille, excellent grille, I have windshield and rear glass trim that has been straightened and polished..I have proper rocker moldings in excellent condition. I have AC compressor and bracket. PS is mounted on engine. I have rebuilt the factory shifter. The part that mounts on the trans is Hurst and the original handle is attached.
New parts include: AMX letters and circles for the rear quarters, rear quarter glass horizontal chrome, 390 emblems, AM emblem for center of rear under rear windshield, 4 Lexani 205/70 14 Tires (just replaced), and other parts I can't recall at the moment.
I have exterior and interior door handles and lock assemblies, trunk latch and lock assemblies, front hood latch assemblies, Outside rear view mirror, . I am sure I have forgotten some parts. Most are cleaned and wrapped and ready for installation. The engine compartment will need to be freshed up a bit.
The seat covers, door panels, carpet and headliner need replacing.
The car was a running and driving car needing an engine rebuild in 2003. I have owned the car since 2003. Decent paint and interior. There was a small interior fire that scorched the seats and door panels as well as the headliner and blistered the RR 1/4 panel paint. The paint shop it was sent to went out of business and it took 3 years to get the car back.
That being said, I now don't have my shop, or the time to devote to the project.. The past few months did not affect me financially or my health thank goodness. This car needs to come back to life!! I have more pictures of parts and the underside.
