1970 Honda CT70 in original Candy Gold. This is an original mini bike to ride and enjoy. A "barn find" bike - had been left in a barn since previous owner was in his teens, but well preserved. It was well used but never abused so is in great shape overall. I disassembled the bike completely to clean everything with an intent to preserve originality wherever possible rather than restore. Replaced brake shoes, had to replace the muffler as it had been welded repeatedly and just wouldn't hold. Replaced fuel lines, battery, carb, spark plug, coil. Original carb and coil are included with the bike - I believe both are still good, spark plug wire broke so simply replaced the entire unit. Sandblasted and repainted wheels with correct Honda silver, sandblasted and repainted pegs and kickstand, wet sanded and polished frame but maintained all original frame paint - with the nicks and dings of its early life. Any original parts or spares are included. Three speed semi-automatic transmission. Has NY plate but not registration - Bill of Sale only. Will work with buyer as they coordinate shipping but packing and shipping are not included in auction price.
