Seller's Notes
E body Cuda Convertibles are both cool and rare. This unhit no rot OEM sheet metal body is solid down to the original trunk and floor pans. Every effort was made by some prior owner to replicate one of the only 17 ever produced, factory issued
V-code 6 pack 4 speed convertibles.
Dana equipped cars came with 26” radiators, this car has a 22”. The Dana isn’t listed on the broadcast either, which is one of the reasons we’ve decided to call it a “clone tribute”. The VIN on one or more components may have been altered. please come and see it or send your own independent Mopar knowledgeable inspector.
Newer starter, battery, centerforce clutch, Vintage Goodyear E70 Polyglas rubber, the engine is dialed in and runs great.
Exterior
All OEM sheet metal, door corners excellent, 1/4 panel tabs still there, OEM convt top, core support and cowl VIN present. Fender tag, door sticker, dash vin all present. Passes body magnet test easily.
Interior
Original 29,400 mile interior. Very well kept. Seat belt & Reverse lock out lights work properly. All lights work. Horn wipers and blower motor all work. dash face is in nice shape, no cracks in the dash pad. original wood grain is still very nice. minor vinyl repairs have been made along the way that look good.
Engine
440-6 Pack Drivetrain. Pistol grip four speed, 3.94 Dana Trac-pac rear end. Although Vin stamped on transmission and engine correlate to the Vin on this vehicles’ Broadcast sheet, dash, door and title, cowl and rad support- the vehicle is being described as an “attempted numbers matching” clone. The titlework has been searched, traced back as far as 1993, and vehicle was a V code car back that far. No microfiche records exist otherwise prior to 1993, according to the DMV. The former owner claims that he bought this originally as a V code car over 28 years ago.
We feel strongly that some numbers may have been altered, and for that reason wish to sell it “as is” as a clone or tribute car. The winning bidder/buyer will sign a notarized hold harmless agreement, stating they are aware that the car is represented as an altered, non-numbers matching unit. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not bid.
