1972 BSA Lightning
This bike appears to be an older minor restoration, but not 100% sure. The Odometer reads 4983, but I cannot verify that this is the actual mileage. Overall condition of the bike is good, but would need some work to make it roadworthy or is a great candidate for a complete restoration. This is an OIF (oil in frame) BSA.

Some of the OIF models had white frames (dove grey), but most of the last production models were black. The tank and side cover colors are not correct for this year model, but the blue does look fairly decent. If I'm not mistaken the BSA color is Etruscan Bronze. If you Google 72 BSA Lightning color, you will see examples of the color and scheme.
I installed new Wassell carburetors, Wassell Vape electronic ignition system, and a new old stock, high capacity oil pump. I have started the bike a few times and also made a couple of trips around the block.
