1975 Honda CB CB750 K 5 Planet Blue.
For sale is this beautiful 1975 CB750 K5 in Planet Blue. I purchased the bike from it’s original owner in 2013. In 2015 I restored the bike with a desire to keep everything as original as possible. Every nut, bolt, wire, electrical connector etc was cleaned and reinstalled.
As the bike was reassembled, aging parts were replaced to avoid future maintenance issues. The paint on the tank is original. There is a small dent on the right side of the tank and scratches across the top that have been touched up (see photos). The side covers have been professionally painted and are perfect.

There is minor pitting on the chrome with a small area of slightly heavier pitting on the rear rim. I’ve been watching these bikes sell for years and can honesty say that bikes this clean, in original condition are extremely rare. The bike runs as good as it looks. It’s a joy to ride. It doesn’t leak a drop of oil and should run problem free for many years. I’ve reached a point where I’m not riding the bike much any more and have decided it’s time to let someone else enjoy it.
The following items were replaced during the restoration:* New after market pipes
* Carburetors were disassembled, cleaned and rebuilt with new components, air screws adjusted and carbs were balanced.
* Front brake caliper was rebuilt
* Clock faces, bezel and glass have been replaced.
* Coils, plug wires and plug caps. (Notice the original plug wire sleeves with cylinder numbers were installed over the new wires)
* Points and condensers.
* Leaking neutral switch replaced
* Drive sprocket and chain replaced
* Tires replaced in 2015 now have 2200 miles on them
* New starter relay
* New turn signal relay
