Used 1976 Bedford Van, Ex Aus Post With Camper top Rebuilt engine

Bought this as a project some years ago with the intention of restoring it back into the camper van it was used as previously. Never really did anything to it and its time to sell as my friend needs his space back.
It was used as a camper van with the camper top installed. It was on gas and I have some service history. Including a rebuilt engine, recipt is pictured. There was over $12000 spent on this car back in 2003~. PIctured is the RWC of the time.
Its got a 202 engine, 4 speedAUTObox. Bango diff.

Its got jelly bean wheels with all caps in place. I dont really know a lot about it other than it was an EX aus post Van. I bought it about 3 years ago and it has just sat.
There is quite a bit of rust coming in. The roof drains are the worst, around the windows and sills. Its fixable but a lot of work, probally best as a parts car. The engine and trans are worth my asking price.
Would need to be towed, Located in Heathmont 3135.
