this is a decent example of a 1976 Honda CR250 Elsinore.

This is what I would consider a rider quality bike and not a full on resto. However, someone with mechanical ability could make this a really nice bike. It generally starts on the 1st or 2nd kick and runs good. You could trail ride this bike as is but if you are purchasing this bike for competition racing its always a good idea to replace crank seals and bearings.
