I gotta move this. Career is going well and I need to focus. This is a 1977 Datsun 280z project. This is a
very clean shell that came from the high desert in Idaho (clear title)
and has essentially been stripped.

The interior was completely destroyed
by the sun. The body however is in remarkably good shape. There is no
rust through ANYWHERE on the car. Even the notorious battery box and
trunk floor have surface rust only. The car was obviously never involved
in a serious accident. The frame rails are very strait and rust free.
Even the pinch seams under the rocker panels are nearly perfect. I
intended to finish the car with a 302 / 5 speed swap. I bought the Brian
Laine motor mounts and have mocked everything into place. The car comes
with a stock balanced rebuilt HO 5.0 engine and a rebuilt T5 with a new
clutch and flywheel. I also installed ground control coilovers and
replaced nearly every suspension component. (urethane or aluminum
bushings throughout, new lower a-arm spindles, TTT adjsutable strut
rods, new front disc brakes, rebuilt rear drums etc) The gas tank was
dropped and cleaned. I have a ton of parts to go with the car. Shorty
headers, mini starter, pro 5.0 shifter, brand new xxr wheels and tires
etc. Im selling the car because my priorities have shifted. I want to
spend more time investing in my career. I really dont think you'll find a better deal on a clean Z project to start with. My loss here is your gain. I
easily have 8k in the car.
