1984 Kawasaki GPZ 550 in ORIGINAL condition with low miles.

not beat to crap, never raced. was sitting indoors, not registered since 1995. Cleaned the tank, rebuilt carbs & petcock, new oil/filter/sparkies, bled the brakes, a few other minor repairs, ran it and tuned it. Starts right up runs, drives and idles smooth and perfect, like as if time machine back to 1995. a wonderful little bike and a rare find. Clear signed california title.
SERVICE NOTES:
still has the original front tire. Which should be replaced as it is over 30 yrs old. I offer tires and installation if you need it. rear tire looks fresh and almost new.
I installed a big inline fuel filter. This is not stock, but necessary for a bike that has been sitting for 23 yrs and just had the tank cleaned. in order to fit it, I had to use about a foot of extra fuel and vacuum hose. it will have to be checked periodically for the first 1000 miles. I'll include an extra filter.
