cash in person or Certified Check. Payment must be received within 7 days of
close of auction or auction will be cancelled. WINNING BIDDER MUST PICK UP ITEM AT OUR FACILITY IN LAUREL MARYLAND
DURING NORMAL WORKING HOURS. Pick up is available Monday thru Friday
between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. WE WILL NOT SHIP THE ITEM. Item must be removed within 2
weeks of payment receipt. Buyer is
responsible for all taxes, title and registration fees. All sales are final and
no vehicle may be removed from our facility until paid in full. Seller
expressly disclaims liability for loss or damage to any vehicle after purchase,
including, but not limited for loss or damage caused by theft, fire, negligent
act or inclement weather or other act of God; vehicles remain on the Seller
premises after purchase at buyer’s sole expense and risk.
