Welcome to the listing of my beloved Honda Civic Type-R.
I have owned this car since 2015 and really have loved it. Prior to this I had an FN2, knowing how great the EP3 is I decided to sell it and find a Milano Red EP3.
This car is standard apart from 1 item, Honda S2000 start button switch.
The rest of the car is bone stock. Car has Toyo tyres which still have 6mm tread all-round. Car had paint protection applied to it in 2016 and it still shows after a wash.
In 2018 I spent over ВЈ2300 on mechanical things at a reputable dealer in Essex, genuine parts only.

Labour Breakdown Description:
Attempt to remove broken remains of locking wheel nut on OSF wheel, drill out stud, perform engine service, change discs and pads, change rear brake caliper, check and adjust valve clearances, change track rod ends
Replace front engine mount, fit new front brake calipers, bleed brakes, un-seize camber bolts and rear toe adjusters, set up geometry
Installation of remaining 4 wheel studs
This was in 2018, vehicle was at 75000 miles.

After spending this amount on the vehicle I was given a company car and I barely used the EP3.
I parked this under my canopy at my house and started it once a month.
Being picky about the car, front end has stone chips, windscreen has a tiny blemish lower part of the glass, wheels need refurbishing, and privacy glass at rear has slight bubbles. Personally I can't think of anything wrong with my car. I change the oil every 6 months and replace the oil filter every year. I buy these in bulk as I have 5 cars with the K20 engine.
This model is very rare; it has genuine factory leather interior which cost over £1,200.00. The vehicle also has A/C. I have really tried my best to look after this car and I’m hoping it shows.
MOT runs out on 08/09/2021. Rear ARB bush slight play, not excessive. Service brake NS slight play, not excessive. Again this car isn't perfect, the MOT tester said the testing rules changed heavily in 2018, this wouldn't have shown before. (Fully inspected and nothing to hide unlike many ghost MOT cars for sale out there!)
I have too many cars and I'm selling off all my collection slowly.
Note: You will see a wind deflector on one-side of the car, I have removed this, I was thinking about leaving them on, but decided to take them both off. I can supply them if you want. There is a minor scuff that was done while the vehicle was in for work, the car rolled back I was told and scuffed the lower Type-R body kit to the rear bumper. This is on the N/S/R of the bumper.

I will not be considering a part exchange. I don’t have the space. I will not sell this car to a trader, reseller, scrapyard or a car breaker. I have had my car up on eBay for 2 weeks and have had many people offering silly prices, prices that they can't vouch for; don't have the money where there mouth is. If you are a genuine buyer that wants to purchase my car, look after it and give it a good home, you are the person I want to sell my car to.
