Solid running 2006 Focus SE with 176.340 miles and clean title. Good, straight driver. Fairly clean inside and out, with normal signs of wear/age and small exceptions noted below. I have the original radio/CD player, but it has been replaced/upgraded with a simple touchscreen system which includes Bluetooth streaming and hands-free calling. My son drove this exclusively(1st car), with never an issue, for over the past year(~9k miles). His stepdad, a current mechanic by trade for over 25 years, performed the following maintenance on it, a year and a half ago(spring 2019), before my son began driving it regularly:
- Complete tuneup with new ignition coils- New brakes and rotors(front)/drums(rear)- Resealed intake manifold- New ball joints and lower control arms in rear- All new tires & alignment. (still have 75-80% tread/life)- Replaced rear wheel bearings and ABS sensors.- New front passenger headlamp assembly
Issues of note:- A/C does not work, but heat and fan is fine. Seems to be the button to engage A/C and the temp dial being stuck at half heat or above(won't dial back to blue/cold settings)- Has a little more vibration/noise than ideal, but it's not a problem and would generally be expected for this age/mileage vehicle.- Rust spot on driver's side trunk lid (see picture).- Dent and small rust spot on passenger side hood (see picture).- Chip out of Front passenger hubcap, but is tight (see picture).- A few other small paint chips, here and there, generally to be expected.
