PAYMENT
 PAYMENT TERMS - STRICTLY 7 DAYS, HOWEVER:
CONTACT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF SALE. FAILING THIS, AN UNPAID ITEM DISPUTE WILL BE OPENED AND THE TRANSACTION WILL BE CONSIDERED CANCELLED. THE CAR WILL THEN BE RELISTED, AND WE WILL RECOVER OUR EBAY FEES BY CLOSING THE DISPUTE AGAINST YOU.

Cheques (subject to a 5-business-days clearance period)

Final winning sale price does NOT include any applicable Government Transfer Fees/Stamp Duty associated with Vehicle Registration.
In Victoria, the Transfer Fee is $29.60, and Stamp Duty is set at 4% of the sale price, subject to change.
DELIVERY
LOCAL
Pick up is preferred, however, if local delivery is required, please contact us for a quote. 
INTRASTATE/INTERSTATE
We can arrange for your vehicle to be transported via TOLL Vehicle Logistics.

REFUNDS / RETURNS
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on used vehicles.
WARRANTY
Where required by law, a 3 month / 5,000km Used Car Warranty will apply.   Where this is not required by law, we offer a 7 Day Mechanical Warranty under goodwill.
Transportation &/or other expenses incurred on vehicles returned for warranty service is the explicit responsibility of the owner of the vehicle.

By placing a winning bid in an auction, or purchasing an item using "Buy It Now", you must be 18 years of age and over, and be aware that you have entered into a legal & binding transaction contract of which you are obligated to complete.

As our vehicles are also advertised privately, we reserve the right to end any auction early - this only applies to auctions that have received  no bids.

In no event whatsoever shall Bryan Sala Motor Sport  be liable for any damages to the user in respect of economic loss, any loss or damage to property, or any death or injury to any persons that arises out of or is in any way connected with the purchase or delivery or use or misuse of any item supplied.
