Once the vehicle is off of CDTA’s property, it cannot be brought back on.    AvailabilityVehiclepickup must be made between 9:00am and 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, excludingholidays.  CDTA requires 24 business hours notice before pickup. CDTAstores buses in 3 locations.  This vehicle is stored at CDTA’s Albanylocation:110Watervliet AveAlbany,NY 12206 Vehiclemust be paid for within 7 days of winning auction and must be removed from ourproperty (at buyers expense) within 14 days of winning auction.  New YorkState buyers must pay 8% sales tax on this purchase.  Tax-exempt buyers mustpresent valid tax-exemption paperwork (resale certificate, tax-exempt form,etc.)  Buyer must provide 24 business hours’ notice, with approval byCDTA, prior to vehicle pick up.  CDTA accepts Cash-in Person, CertifiedBank Checks, and Paypal ONLY. Note– Prior to vehicle removal, winning bidder will be required to sign a bill ofsale, in order for CDTA to track its' disposal of surplus vehicles.  CDTArequires the winning bidder’s name, company (should the vehicle be purchasedfor a company) address, and phone number.  A sample bill of sale isavailable upon request.  The bill of sale must be signed by the winningbidder before payment is made, as a copy of the signed bill of sale is requiredby CDTA’s treasury department in order to issue a receipt for the vehiclepayment. Pleaseemail [hidden information] withany questions.  Good luck and happy bidding!
