1990 ALFA ROMEO SZ ES-30
Housed in my
collection and now offered for sale. This ES-30 SZ is an extremely early example
and has only covered 32500 kilometers or equivalent 20300 miles over the
last three decades millage is certified and documented.
Note Due to Ebay system not recognizing the rare vin number of my SZ I had to insert [hidden information] in thevin section fill out requested portion in order for it to process, vehicle has its valid and original vin.
With
none of these cars sold new in the US or Canada and now is your chance to own
one. Can be imported to the U.S eligible under the 25 year classic car
exemption rule without any issues.
The Rosso Alfa paint
shows extremely nice. This SZ has been pampered and its shows. For precautious
measures some glass and lenses have been covered with 3M clear vinyl to protectthem from any road chips, the complete
windshield , front headlights and lenses received this application to keep them
in excellent shapeSpeedline wheels and sit on Michelin tires complete
the picture, all trim and glass are intact and look new.
Inside,
gorgeous tan leather seats with deep bolstering feature “Zagato Design” emblems
embossed on their headrests, while the blackgorgeousleathersteeringwheeland
carbon fiber dash delightswith
its well-preserved instrumentation.The headliner,door cards, the carpets and rear luggage belts all
look new. Out
back, the tiny trunk houses the original spare wheel.
On the
road, the SZ lives up to its reputation. A joy to hustle down any back road,

MODEL OVERVIEWIn 1990 the distribution of the SZ got under way with 289 cars produced. 1991 was to be last production year for the SZ. The final 736 cars left the factory, making the grand total for the SZ 1,036 produced cars(of which 38 were prototype and pre-production cars destined to be scrapped, but some of them are still existent)The SZ featured some unique technical details. Handling is outstanding, as the chassis was tuned by Giorgio Pianta, engineer with Abrath racing and Alfa Corse, and team manager of the Fiat and Lancia rally teams.Many suspension components were taken directly from the Alfa 75 IMSA racer. Weight distribution is near the ideal 50/50 front / rear.This combination produced outstanding performance and the SZ can sustain over 1.1 G in cornering on road tires, and up to 1.
