1971 Fiat 500 L Project For sell in non-running condition, as is.Attention: This car was damaged by falling down from hydraulic lift during some routine service.

Then the previous owner parked the car in the garage for a few years and then decided to give up to restore it.This 47 year old car was owned by previous owner for over 20 years. He did a full restoration during those years, spending thousands of dollars in parts and restoration. He enjoyed the car for many years.As you can see, the car I believe is still restorable. The damage is on the right side ( see pictures ) The windshield is broken. I am not a mechanic or body shop person so please do not hesitate to ask for more pictures so you can clarify any doubts before buying.The good news: the car has completely new interior upholstery, 5 new tires, has updated Fiat 126 engine with synchronized gear and alternator which allows the car to go faster and keep up with traffic, this swap engine is a well known modification for people who know about Fiat 500s. Ignition key comes with the car, front hood and reartrunk open/close properly. The gears move into each position properly. I have the front and rear bumper, they were only removed . Retractable seatbelts were installed. The car comes with a nice Abarth exhaust, Abarth cover valve. The roof opens/closes properly and the canvas is in good condition. I have not attempted to start the car but it shouldn't be a big problem to restart after cleaning the gas tank and a good tune up.Due to the condition and damage,I strongly urge potential buyerto send someone to come and inspect the car or even yourself if able because everybody has a different opinion and expectations when it comes to old vehicles.
