Used Leyland Mini 1976

Up for sale is my 1976 Leyland Mini. I have owned the car for the last 7 years with the intentions of doing a complete restore. The car is not registered but the engine (998) is running. I have just done and oil and filter change with Penrite Oil and I have turned the motor over every three months since I took it of the road. The motor does not smoke at all and is running well. The reason I am selling it is that I have another project on the go and I don’t have the time or money to finish it off and instead of it sitting there for another 7 years I have decided to move it on to someone who will put the time in to get it up to either club or full rego. The mini is completely original including the wheels with hub caps. Only minor changes like modern stereo is in it.
Things that need to be done -
Several areas of rust need to be fixed. The driver side floor pan has a couple of holes that need to be cut and welded. One of the doors will probably best to replace due some rust in it and there is some rust at the passenger side wheel arch that will need to be cut and welded. From the inspections I have done on it there does not appear to be any rust in the sub frame.
The brake slave cylinders (all drum brake Mini) are leaking and require replacing.

I have checked minisport in WA and the parts can be replace for $160 roughly. Reason I never fixed this was my original intentions were for the front brakes to be upgraded to discs.
There is damage to the bonnet from the previous owner. The bonnet will need to be replace. I found spare ones in Brookvale Mini shop.
The roof is not straight and will need some heat and panel beating to round and straighten the roof out
Interior is ok but could do with some tlc. The two front seats are different colors but the interior was at the standard required when it was registered and passing roadworthy.
This would be a great platform for someone with the time and energy to finish to Mini off.
Happy to move the car interstate but will be at buyers cost and only after payment has been received.
