Used Lotus Elan S3 DHC Galvanised chassis rebuilt fast road engine for restoration

For sale is my Lotus Elan S3 DHC for restoration. This is a genuine DHC not a chopped fixed head. The body is in good condition and does not appear to have had any accident damage. The very difficult to find window frames are present and the chrome is in good shape(see 2nd pic)The engine has been rebuilt and unrun but turned over regularly. It has a polished and ported head. has been balanced and has had fast road cams fitted. I DID NOT BUILD THE ENGINE but the info above is from the previous owner. The car comes with a new St St exhaust system as shown and a complete new wiring loom. The dash is shot but as this needs to be replaced should anyone from overseas purchase the car I can exchange the RHD pedal box for a LHD one meaning thehat only a LHD rack needs to be purchased and these are available new. The car is fitted with a LOtus factory galvanised chassis. All instruments are present but there is no side glass or windscreen. All lights are there and a hood and hood frame also present/The expensive jobs ie chassis and engine build have already been carried out so this is a very viable project. The car is advertised elsewhere so if it sells it will be removed. If anyone who is visiting Donnington wishes to see the car I will be available Sunday and am approx 2 hrs from Donnington.
