No time wasters or low ball offers. If the buyer is successful full payment and pick up is required with 5 working days of purchase.

I prefer EFT or cash on pick up. If cash on pick up then a non refundable deposit of $500 is required prior paid by EFT to my account. If Pay Pal, buyer to pay fees due to that cost.
