Goes and stops very well, reverse all good, real cool truck to drive,a lot of funThis 1977 Chevrolet C20 is a 350 VIN number truck with a 454 engine in it unregistered ( I thought the truck was registrable when I purchased it registered ) ( I didn't put the 454 in it )), and so the start bid priceIf it had a 350 engine it would make a good shop or farm truck ( and cost more )A bid of $12000.

00 will see the truck on the market, the auction will run to completionThe truck has been registered in NSWBid price must be paid for the truck to be releasedModel is Bonanza / camper specialRoads and Marine say it needs a standard blue slip ( not engineered ) when I tell them it has a 454 engine, mechanics / auto electricians say it needs to be engineered ( with the 454 engine )New Edelbrock fuel pumpPrevious owner ( performance shop ) and I have done a reasonable amount of work on the truckCalifornian import ( from California to Australia it seems ) left hand driveUnregistered2 fuel tanks left side is disconnectedAir conditioning not working / not fully connected, comes with most parts, condenser removed + supplied, will need a belt to connect pump to engine, and gassing and what ever else is neededTyres have plenty of treadHolly carburetor ( previous owner / owners installed / put on ) I haven't made any modifications only basic standard fixingRight side window is electric, drivers side ( left ) is wind up ( original non working motor and regulator supplied )I would have kept it for sure if the engine was a 350 ( VIN number Kosher )Heater works very wellIt has a squeak near or in engine and wheel or diff ( seems to disappear when driving ), I don't know if it is a fan belt or engine noise, it has been sitting in the garage for some time ( say 3 years ) ( however starts goes and stops very well )May need some ball joint boot work ( ball join rubber cover ) all ball joints have grease nipplesOn cold start up the truck needs to warm up to idle doesn't take longAll lights work at time of writing this report, ( headlights indicators, hazards,interior dome light, driving and brake lights, licence plate light )Good oversize battery has been on chargeAirbags have been removed comes with truck ( better to drive )The paint is Taubmans orange passion ( colour ) white king rust prevention paint , I would describe as a 70% paint finishI am outside the mechanical / auto electrical trades and don't have contacts or time to have it engineered for registration ( 454 engine ) ( if it needs engineering ))The truck needs a new metal fuel line , currently has a temporary transparent fuel line for diagnosing fuel delivery problems ( turned out to be a bad join in the fuel hose near the right side fuel tank ( fixed ), the tanks should be removed and new fuel hose installed from tanks to carburetor and liquid in the fuel pressure gauge ( drained and fixed now gives correct reading ), good fuel delivery.Speedo might be / is out of syncHas elaborate but strong ground cable system, can be removed ( original is from battery to electric generator )Does have some oil leaksEngine, automatic transmission and diff oils changedNo rust and straight / fairly straight bodyThe battery ( new oversize ) may need a metal / other type of tighten stayMake sure you have the ability to register, engine swap and maintain this vintage truck before biddingI have been following the price of these trucks since 2014 I am aware of the worth of these trucks ( expensive and increase in value )Bid price must be paid for vehicle to be releasedI believe I have been as honest and accurate as possible with descriptionMobile [hidden information]Thank you good luck
